An island apart.
Unlike typical Maldivian atolls, Fuvahmulah is a single volcanic island with no protective lagoon, where the ocean drops off quickly into deep blue water and currents shape every dive.
This rare geography creates one of the most consistent pelagic environments in the Maldives. Divers encounter tiger sharks, thresher sharks, silky sharks, and oceanic manta rays throughout the year in true open-ocean conditions.
Recognised globally as one of the best shark diving destinations, Fuvahmulah delivers high-adrenaline, close encounters with large marine life making it one of the most intense and rewarding dive experiences in the Indian Ocean.
Known as the “Shark Capital of the Maldives.” Here you encounter tiger sharks consistently, along with thresher sharks and oceanic manta rays. Most dives take place in open blue water, defined by depth, strong currents, and close pelagic action.
The Maldives’ southernmost atoll, offering a mix of marine life and historic wreck diving. Expect manta points, reef sharks, turtles, dense fish life, and the famous British Loyalty wreck.
One of the largest and deepest atolls in the Maldives, known for wide channels, dramatic outer reefs, and open-ocean drift dives. Marine life includes grey reef sharks, bull sharks, spinner sharks, and guitar sharks.
