This trip takes you to some of the Red Sea’s most legendary dive sites—home to coral gardens, vertical walls, and sunken WWII-era history. From gliding with dolphins at Shaab El Erg to exploring the wartime ruins of the SS Thistlegorm, every dive is layered with adventure.

Shaab El Erg (Dolphin House)
A horseshoe-shaped reef often visited by playful dolphins—ideal for relaxed, scenic dives.
Ras Mohamed
One of Egypt’s top national marine parks. Swim through Anemone City, Shark & Yolanda Reefs, and steep coral walls bursting with life.
Shaab Mahmoud
Experience the magical Dunraven wreck by night, surrounded by coral gardens and lit by your torchlight.
Abu Nuhas
A wreck diver’s dream. Explore four historic wrecks (Giannis D, Carnatic, Chrisoula K, and Kimon M) between 5–30m. Access machine rooms, engine rooms, and coral-covered decks.
SS Thistlegorm
Dive into WWII history with this legendary shipwreck. Discover preserved motorcycles, trucks, rifles, and more beneath the sea.
Gubal Island
Famous for night dives, vibrant reef life, and access to the Ulysses wreck—a shallow and photogenic dive site.
Abu Ramada
The finale: bright reefs, diverse marine life, and a perfect wrap to your dive journey.
Gamar & Giftun Reefs
Crystal-clear waters and colorful coral gardens, perfect for macro life spotting and relaxed drift dives.
Itinerary
5th July
- Arrival in Hurghada → Board M/Y Majestic → Settle in & check-in
6th July
- Dives at Shaab El Erg (Dolphin House) → Overnight at Abu Nuhas
7th July
- 3 wreck dives at Abu Nuhas → Night dive at Shaab Mahmoud
8th July
- 2 reef dives at Ras Mohamed → 1 dive at Dunraven Wreck → Sail to SS Thistlegorm
9th July
- 2 dives at SS Thistlegorm → Sail to Gubal Island → 2 dives & beach walk
10th July
- Dives at Gamar & Giftun Reefs
11th July
- 2 final dives at Abu Ramada → Return to Hurghada marina
12th July
- Disembark & transfer to airport → Fly back to Mumbai

Yes. DAN or equivalent is required.
The trip runs from 5th to 12th July 2025, with flight departure from Mumbai on 4th July.
Take a connecting flight from Mumbai to Cairo, followed by either:
- Option 1: Overnight stay in Cairo → Flight to Hurghada on 5th July
- Option 2: Direct overnight stay in Hurghada
Group transfers to the port will be arranged from Hurghada Airport.
Expect 3–4 dives per day at iconic reef and wreck sites, with 1 scheduled night dive during the week.
50% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your spot.
The remaining 50% is due before 10th May 2025.
- 30% of the cost is non-refundable
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure will result in a 50% refund
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of the trip
- Missed dives or unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable
Yes, dive insurance (such as DAN) is compulsory for all ORCA trips. Travel insurance is also highly recommended.
Minimum requirement is Open Water Diver (OWD). Advanced certification is strongly recommended for wreck and night dives.
We recommend packing light and combining personal and dive gear in a single bag to avoid excess baggage issues on international flights.
Yes! You can complete Advanced Open Water, Wreck Diver, Deep Diver, and other specialties during the trip. Let us know in advance.
